The inferior vena cava , ligament Venosum and porta hepatitis
What binds the quadrate lobe
The gallbladder ligament of Teres and the porta hepatis
What does hepatapedal flow mean?
Flow towards the liver
What does hepadafugal flow mean
Flow away from the liver
Why is hepatapedal fugal and hepadafugal flow important
A disease liver will have hepatapedal (flow toward the liver) flow interrupted and it’ll turn to hepatofugal flow (flow away from the liver)
Where is Morrison’s pouch
The area between the right kidney and the right inferior lobe of the liver
What makes up the portal Triad or Mickey Mouse sign
Portal vein common bile duct and hepatic artery
If the ears in the Portal Triad look symmetrical what does it mean?
There is no a Ductal atasia or dilatation the common bile duct
