Q

What is negative feedback?

A

When the body will do whatever it needs to fix whatever is making the body not homeostasis

For example - you eat too much sugar so you’re body needs to flush it out of the blood

Q

What is positive feedback?

A

When you’re body will increase the original stimulus in order to push the variable further

Example - the body will help push the baby out when in labour in order to return back to homeostasis after the baby is born

Q

What are the anatomical planes?

A
  1. Frontal plane - divides the body into anterior and exterior (front and back)
  2. Sagittal plane - divides the body into left and right
  3. Transverse plane - divides the body into top and bottom
