Nerve supply of the vulva?
A
- Mons and upper labia: Ilioinguinal (L1) and genital branch of genitofemoral n.
- Lower vagina, labia, clitoris: Pudendal n. (S2-4)

What are the borders of the inguinal triangle?
A
inguinal ligament, sartiorius(laterally), adductor longus (medially)

What is the blood supply of vulva?
A
- Posteriolateral: Internal pudendal artery (terminal branch of anterior division of hypogastric)
- Labia majora: Superfical and deep external pudendal aa (arise from femoral), travel medially

How do you measure depth of invasion?
A
From the epithelial stromal junction of the adjacent most superficial dermal papilla to the deepest point of invasion

What is the lymphatic drainage?
A
Superficial inguinal: 8-10 nodes situated along medial half of inguinal ligament and around proximal long saphenous vein. The DEEP Femoral nodes: situated below the cribiform fascia along the femoral vein- 2-4 nodes
