Where does Grayson ligament attach?
Where does Cleland attach?
Grayson ligament comes from volar flexor sheath and attaches to skin while lying volar to NV bundle. Fibres are perpendicular
Cleland attach to bone, pass dorsal to NV and attach to skin
What muscles are in the thenar eminence and what are their innervations?
Abductor pollicis brevis - Median
Flexor pollicis brevis - Median and ulnar - deep head
Adductor pollicis - ulnar
Opponens pollicis - ulnar
What muscles are in the hypothenar eminence and where do they attach?
Abductor digiti minimi - hook of hamate to base P1
Flexor digiti minimi - hook of hamate to base P1
Opponens digiti minimi - hook of hamate to distal MC
What is the blood supply to scaphoid
Dorsal carpal branch of the radial artery 80% retrograde
