What is the frontal (coronal) plane?
separates the front (anterior) and back (posterior) of the body.
What is the transverse (axial) plane?
separates the upper (superior) and lower (inferior) halves of the body
What is the Median Plane?
Separates left and right sides of the body through the middle
What is the sagittal plane?
separates the left and right sides of the body

Inside of Elbow is facing the sky - outstretched

Rotating inwards (palm into backside)
