a.ulnaris paraqet degen perfundimtare te brendshme dhe me te fforte te a.brachialis.Gjendet 1cm nen nyetimin e berrylit dhe shkn posht Deri te mesi I faqes se brendshme te parakrahut,prej ketu kalon ne pjesesn e brendshme te faqes se perparme te parakrahut.
Ne pellembes deperton nga ashte permes ooss pisiforme.
A.ulnaris (maredheiet)
Ne regj.e berylit a.ulnaris eshte e thelle dhe e mbulojne skajet e siperme te muskujve te ngjitur ne epikondilin medial te humerusit.,ndersa ne faqen pperparme kalon n.medianus.
Ne pjesesn e siperme arteria kalon nepermjet m.flexor digitorum profundus dhe superficialis,ndersa kah mesi m.fleor carpi ulnaris.
Arteria ndjeket nga vv.ulnaris dhe meposh nga n.ulnaris.
Deget e a.ulnaris
Jep dege anesore dhe perfundimtare;
anesore;a.reccurens ulnaris,a.nutriciae ulnae,a.interosse communis ,r.calparis palmaris,r.carpalis dorsalis.
Perfundimtare;ramuf palmaris profundus ,arcus palmaris superficialis.
a.reccurens ulnaris
a.reccrens ulnaris perbehet nga 2 dege te perparme dhe te pasme(r.anterior,r.posterior)te cilat gjenden ne perpara epikondilit medial te humerusit dhe perkatsisht prapa.
r.anterior anastomozohet me a.collateralis ulnaris inferior
r.posterior anastomozohet me a.collateralis inferior dhe superior duke krijuar rjjeten arteriale te nyjetitimit te berylit.
a.interossae comunnis
a.interossae comunnis ndahet prej a.ulnaris ne skajin e saj te siperm,trungu I saj ndahet ne dy dege;a.interossae anterior dhe a.interoossae posterior.
a.interossae anterior zbret nga faqja e perparme e membranes interossale pas m.pronator quadrats eshpon membranen interossale dhe kalon ne lozhen e pasme te krahut.
Mbaron ne faqen dorsale karpale ku I bashkangjitet rjetes karpale dorsale.
Prej pjeses se siperme te a.interossae anteriore ndahet a.commitans mediani.
a.interossae posterior
a.interossea posterior kalon ne lozhen e pasme te parakrahut pergjaate hapjes mbi membranen interossale dhe nepermjet muskujve siperfaqsore dhe te thelle kalon ne faqen karpale dorsale ku bashkohet me rjeten karpale dorsale.
a.interosse ne fillim jep dege a.interossae reccurens e cila anastomozohet me a.collateralis media.
Ramus carpalis dorsalis
Ndahet prej a.ulnaris ne Nivel te faqes se poshtme te m.pronator quadratus dhe kthehet prapa dhe kalon ne faqen karpale dorsale duke e plotsuar rjeten karpale dorsale.
Ramus carpalis palmaris
Ndahet nga a.ulnaris ne Nivel te m.pronator quadratus dhe anastomozohet me degen me emer te njejte te a.radialis(r.carpalis palmaris a.radialis)
Ramus palmaris profundus
Eshte dege e Vogel perfundimtare e a.ulnaris ecila niset nga oss pisiforme, humbet ne thellesi te pellembes takohet me arcus palmaris profundus te a.radialiss
Ulna
Ulna eshte ashti medial I parakrahut I cili per dallim nga radiusi eshte me masiv ne pjesen e siperme se sa ate te poshtme.
Extremitas proximalis:
Ne te gjendet pjesa e siperme vertical I olecronit dhe pjesa e poshtme vertikale e proc.coronoideuss tecilat e formojne incissura trochlearis.
Olekroni eshte I vendosur mbi proc.coronoideus dhe te maja e olecronit ngjitet pjesa kryesore e tetives se m.triceps brachii dhe maja futet ne foossa olecrani te humerusit gjate extensionit te parakrahut.
Te buza mmediale e olecronit ngjitet lig.collaterale ulnare dhe pjes e m.flexor carpi ulnaris.
Te buza laterale ngjitet m.ancooneus dhe lig collaterale radial.
Faqja e pasme e olecronit eshte e lemuar dhe plotesishte nenlekurore dhe ndermjet saj dhe lekures egz bursa olecrani subcutanea.
Faqja e perparme paraqet pjesen e siperme te incisura trochlearis.
Ulna
Ulna eshte ashti medial I parakrahut I cili per dallim nga radiusi eshte me masiv ne pjesen e siperme se sa ate te poshtme.
Extremitas proximalis:
Ne te gjendet pjesa e siperme vertical I olecronit dhe pjesa e poshtme vertikale e proc.coronoideuss tecilat e formojne incissura trochlearis.

Extremitas inferior distalis perben pjese te gjere transversale ecila perbehet nga 2 epikondile laterale mediale. Epikondilet permbane kerce per nyjetim me tibine dhe ne mes gjendet fossa intercondulares.ne murin lateral te fossa gjendet lig.cruciatrum anterius ne murin meidal cruciatrum postrius .
Condilus lateralis eshte me I madh se cmedial ne rrafshin sagittal dhe pjesa me e dalluar eshte epicondylus lateral ne te cilen ngjitet lig.colateral fibular.ne afersi ngjitet m popliteus ,ndersa ne pjesen e pasme te epicondylit ngjitet m.gastrocnemius caput lateral.
Condilus medialis eshte me e theksuar dhe mund tepalpohet lehtesishtt nen lekur.Ne te gjendet epicondylit medial ku ngjitet lig.collateral tibial dhe ne pjesen e siperme tuberculum adductorium ngjitet .adductr Magnus dhe prapa m.gastrocnemius.
Faqet e perparme te epikondileve formojne faqe nyjetore per patellen.
