abcde assess IV access raise feet give fluids adrenaline and repeat every five minutes (1:1000 concentration) 0.5mg chloraphenamine 10mg IV hydrocortisone 200mg IV bolus-hartmann solution 15 min 500ml or 0.9% sodium chloride
