What are end-user requirements?
End-user requirements are the tasks users expect to be able to do on the website.
Can you think of an example of an end-user requirement?
An example of an end-user requirement is that users need to be able to post feedback on a site about reviews.
What are functional requirements?
Functional requirements are processes the system must be able to perform, or information the site must store.
Can you think of an example of a functional requirement?
An example of a functional requirement is that the website must display a user’s chosen avatar.
What are the types of words that must be used when describing functional requirements?
Action words must be used when describing functional requirements, for example, ‘must play audio’ instead of ‘must have audio’.
