How does Dickens present Scrooge at the start of the novel?
He presents him as a rude and cruel man.

Tiny Tim is Scrooge’s employee’s son.
What is the novel about?
The novel is about a man called Scrooge, who was considered grumpy and rude until the Ghosts showed him his past,present and future.
How does Scrooge change throughout the novel?
Scrooge changes as he started from being a man who cutted him self of away from everyone else but then as the novel got further on he began to become a nicer person who tried to connect and interact with people more.
In stave 3, How does dickens represent the figs and the plums?
‘Nor was it that the figs were moist and pulpy, or that the French plums blushed in modest tartness from their highly-decorated boxes, or that everything was good to eat and in its Christmas dress’
It makes the Figs and plums sound as if they were people. It makes them sound as if they were girls, as it says in their ‘ Christmas Dress.’
