a composite of a persons feelings, beliefs and intentions towards your business and its products.
what are employee attitude surveys?
a composite of an employees attitude towards the current state of the business such as working conditions, employer relations etc.
how does market share allow a business to monitor performance?
it allows them to see how much of an advantage they have over their competitors, and make decisions based on competitor acts.
how can productivity help a business evaluate performance?
allows them to decide where they can be more efficient in the business, cutting out waste if possible.
what is a company’s environmental record?
a written statement outlining aims and objectives in terms of protecting the environment.
