A

The stamp act of 1765 was a tax placed on multiple items made in the colonies and when a tax was paid, a stamp would be placed on the items. Colonists felt like they were being done an injustice with this act and rallied “No taxation without Representation”. They also boycotted British goods.

A

It was an another act where the British placed a tax on things like glass and paint. (1767) Colonists were furious about it and boycotted it like they did to the Stamp Act.

What was the tea act?

A

The tea act of 1773 was an act that made only one company a monopoly of tea. This act hurt Colonial merchants who traded tea as their good. Colonists called it interference.

Boston Tea Party was?

A

The colonists’ response to the Tea act of 1773. They disguised themselves as indigenous people and tossed bulk boxes full of tea into the sea of the Boston Harbor.

A

It was the 1774 meeting with all representatives from all the 13 colonies except Georgia. It was held in Philadelphia and was where the declaration of rights was written.
