Christopher Columbus in 1492. Well actually he discovered a few islands on the south coast which he thought was Indie…so they became know as the West Indies

A
Sit Walter Raleigh in 1587 and lands in Virginia. Sets up an English colony. 1607 Jameztown is founded…then they die too.

A
102 religious Pilgrim Fathers they dont bring enough food so The native americans give them a feast this became known as Thanks giving.

What was the Boston Tea party?
A
1773 - the US colonists who were opposed to the UK continuing to tax them threw the tea overboard. Within 2 years the colonists went to war with the British. By 1776 the USA declares independence.
