1. Be able to differentiate the clinical presentation of Sheehan syndrome from
intrauterine adhesions (IUAs; Asherman syndrome).
2. Understand the mechanism of Sheehan syndrome.
3. Know the other tropic hormones that may be affected by anterior pituitary
necrosis.
