First ten Amendments are called
Bill of Rights
1st Amendment
Establishment of Religion or prohibiting the free action of Press, Speech, Assembly and petition
2nd Amendment
Government cannot infringe on the right to bear arms or form a militia
3rd Amendment
No soldier shall, in time of peace or war be quartered in any house without the consent of the owner. Unless prescribed by law
4th Amendment
Prohibits unlawful search and seizure
Must have probable cause or a warrants to search private property
