Citizens of all states had not only rights on the federal level, but on the state level of. Removed three-fifths counting of slaves in the census. It ensured that the United States would not pay the debts of rebellious states.

Ensures race cannot be used as criteria for voting.

Authorizes the United States to collect income tax without regard to the population of the states.
16th Amendment
The choosing of the Senators from the state legislatures to the people of the states.

Set new start dates for the President and Vice President, Noon on Jan 20 and the start date for Congress noon on Jan 3

Sets limits on number of times a person can be President, two four year terms.

Gives the residents of Washington DC the right to vote for representatives in the Electoral College

Allows the Vice President to become President in the event of death, resignation, removal from office or impairment that prevents the current President from fulfilling his or her duties.
25th Amendment
The rights of citizens of the United States, who are 18 years old or older to vote
26th Amendment
Deals with pay raises or decreases for members of Congress. Change to Congressional pay must take effect after the next term of office for the representatives. This means that another election would have had to occur before the pay raise can take effect.
