2nd Amendment
Right to bear arms
3rd Amendment
Prohibits forced quartering of soldiers (Need consent)
4th Amendment
Protection against unreasonable search and seizure (Need warrant)
5th Amendment
Provides due process & protection from double jeopardy
6th Amendment
Right to speedy & public trial, right to attorney
7th Amendment
Right to a jury trial in civil cases
8th Amendment
Prohibits excessive bail & fines, protects against cruel & unusual punishments
9th Amendment
Rights not listed doesn’t mean they don’t exist
10th Amendment
Powers not delegated to fed are given to states/people
11th Amendment
Limits ability of people to sue fed courts
12th Amendment
President and VPresident voted for distinctively
13th Amendment
Abolishes slavery
14th Amendment
Grants citizenship to all born/naturalized in US, equal prot & due process
15th Amendment
Guaranties right to vote to all men (18+)
