How can someone live with Alzehirmer’s

A

-Pull together a care team
(doctors, mental health care professionals, etc)
-Get a goodnights sleep
Practicing goodnights sleep since poor hygebie can speed up the process of Alzheimers
-Giving yourself time to cope **
Support groups may be helpful

treating neuropsychiatric symptoms like depression or agitation **
