People think that the more people you have the more productive you will be but that’s not true. Usually doesn’t work cuz there aren’t identifying specifications about what each individual must do, so some work and some shirk.
Combat- giving specific jobs to each individual so that there is an identifying factor attached to each person

A

Hierarchy- leader decides.
If want input from whole group have head give opinion last, answer anonymously and encourage devils advocacy
If minor wants to get major on their side try an inoculation effect, stress that you wanna make an accurate decision, and try to get most influential member on ur side.
