Mango Berry Cooler

1.5 oz finest call mango purée
.5 oz (1 pump) monin strawberry fruit purée
.5 oz house made sour mix
1 oz ocean spray pineapple juice
1 oz simply orange juice
1.5 oz of sprite

Garnish: HRC flagged strawberry dropped in and a pineapple wedge

Method:
Pack mixing glass with ice. Combine all ingredients except sprite. Shake 10x vigorously. Strain into the appropriate glass over fresh ice. Top with sprite

Answer 2

1 oz finest call mango purée
0.50 oz simply orange juice
4 oz Red Bull original

Method:
Pack mixing glass full of ice add mango purée and orange juice
Shake 10x and pour into appropriate glass
Garnish with speared cherry and 1/2 orange slice and tall black straw

Strawberry Basil Lemonade

Answer 3

1 ea lemon wedge
4 ea strawberry quarters
4 ea basil leaves
.75 oz 3 pumps monin agave syrup
2 oz house made sour mix
3 oz water

Method:
In a mixing glass, squeeze and discard lemon wedges. Combine strawberries, basil, and agave, muddle well
Pack glass with ice and add sour mix and water. Shake 10x vigorously
Pour into appropriate glass and top with ice
Garnish with a strawberry speared and tall black straw
