Dose per kg (bolus): 50 - 100mcg, IV (dilute to 100mcg/ml)
Vol per 70kg: 0.5 - 1ml, titrated (with 100mcg/ml)
Syringe: 10ml of 100mcg/ml

Supplied: 1mg/ml (dilute to 100mcg/ml)
Dose per kg (bolus): 30 - 300mcg/kg (anaphylaxis) or 1mg(cardiac arrest)
Vol per 70kg: 1.4 - 7ml (vaso-pressor)
Syringe: 1 or 10ml of 100mcg/ml concentration
