Steroids
Treatment for Chemotherapy induced hair-loss?

OCPS and Spironolactone (you should not have to choose between one)
Treatment for male pattern baldness?
Minoxidil topically, Finasteride orally (choose Minoxidil first)
Treatment for Tinea Capitis?
Oral Griseofulvin
