(1) . If one knee is lower: Ipsilateral congenital hip dislocation or tibial disrepancy ( anatomical short leg)
(2) If one knee is anterior: ipsilateral congenital hip dissolution or femoral disreprancy ( Contralateral anatomical short leg).
