A

A

A

An Alliance made between the emperors of Germany, Russia and Austria-Hungary. This alliance was set up by Otto von Bismarck in order to weaken France.

A

Germany and Austria-Hungary agreed to support each other against Russia. Bismarck thought this would prevent war as Russia wouldn’t want to fight both countries.
