-my father flew twin otters for aeropelican near Newcastle whilst I was growing up so I was exposed to aviation from a young age, getting to sit up front.
-I finished school, completed my cpl and attained my first job doing scenica as over the 12 apostles in Victoria.
- from there I did my instrument rating and was fortunate to get a job flying a 206 in Fiji. As a single pilot operation I was required to be chief pilot and maintenance controller so this was a steep learning curve.
-idea to go to Canada. Planned it out and was successful in finding job. Started on 206 and through hard work earned progression onto 208.
-returned to Australia and worked for seair since 2018. I’m grateful for all the opportunities I’ve had flying the 208, otter and kingair, however I am ready for a change and very excited at the prospect of flying for Jetstar.

Top attributes of FO?
Why should we employ you over the others?
CHRT
1. Customer service skills- Apollo bay marketing/scenic/commentary, Seair much more mature pax brief (first impression)/commentary
- Hard working, dedicated, willing to learn- throughout career progression, earned. I use the 5 Ps
Important in Jetstar, will always work on knowledge, become captain - Resilience- can overcome obstacles. Eg. moving overseas. Also constructive criticism- always been able to accept advice from senior pilots
- Teamwork/good communicator - Canada very tight knit team (3000lb freight as pilot pitched in to help loaders)
Seair- very team oriented- help each other get ready, keep aircraft movements on time.
These all contribute to upholding the 6 Jetstar core values
