How does allergies documented as sever or high appear?
They appear with a yellow background in the allergies section.
How do you update an existing allergy?
Click on the name of the allergy and edit as needed
How do you document that the patient has no allergies?
Click the No Know Allergies check box in the Allergies section
What does clicking on this button allows you to do?
View a list of drug and allergy warnings between active medications and patient allergies.
What does this icon allow you to do in the allergies section?
Allows a user to select the columns to view
How can a user can display deleted or expired allergies?
Click the deleted and/or expired button in right hand corner of allergies section.
What does this button mean in the allergies section?
Allergies has been reviewed
If allergies has never been accessed and a user marks them as reviewed what will happen?
A pop up window will display with the following:

ALT + R = Marked as Reviewed
What is the keyboard short cut to close a section?
F9 = Close
