Adrenaline (500mcg or 300mcg) intramuscular, 90degree angle into the thigh, repeat 5-15 minutes if necessary O2 IV chlorphenamine hydrocortisone by IV

What can precipitate anaphylaxis in patients?
A
bee/wasp sting latex eggs shellfish nuts NSAIDS
must ask pt asking to buy NSAIDS, if they’re asthmatic and if theyve taken it before,
same with aspirin
