DTaP/IPV/Hib vaccine
Suspension of purified high dose diphtheria
toxoid, purified tetanus toxoid, five purified components of the Bordetella pertussis bacteria, three strains of inactivated polio virus, and a purified component of Haemophilus influenzae type b bacteria attached to a tetanus toxoid carrier protein.
PCV Pneumococcal vaccine.
conjugate vaccine, in which specific sugars
(polysaccharides) from the bacteria are joined to a protein (in this case, a non-toxic derivative of diphtheria). It is made from smaller pieces of the 13 types of whole bacteria . It contains a small amount of aluminium phosphate which acts as an adjuvant, strengthening and lengthening the immune response to the vaccine.
Rotarix or Rotavirus vaccine.
Suspension of live attenuated rotavirus vaccine
containing a rotavirus strain of G1P[8] specificity.
Meningitec- Meningitis vaccine.
Suspension of 10 micrograms meningococcal Group C oligosaccharide conjugated to 15 micrograms of diphtheria CRM197 protein.

Typhim Vi.
It is a sterile solution containing the cell surface
Vi polysaccharide extracted from Salmonella entericaserovarTyphi, S typhi Ty2 strain. The organism is grown in a semi-synthetic medium without animal proteins. The capsular polysaccharide is precipitated from
the concentrated culture supernatant by the addition of hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide and the product is purified by differential centrifugation and precipitation.

IPV vaccine.
Inactivated poliovirus vaccine (IPV), is based on three wild, virulent reference strains, Mahoney (type 1 poliovirus), MEF-1 (type 2 poliovirus), and Saukett (type 3 poliovirus), grown in a type of monkey kidney tissue culture (Vero cell line), which are then inactivated with formalin.

Made from cell-free filtrates of microaerophilic cultures of an avirulent,
nonencapsulated strain of Bacillus anthracis. The production cultures are grown in a chemically defined protein-free medium consisting of a mixture of amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts and sugars. The final product, prepared from the sterile filtrate culture fluid contains proteins, released during the growth period and contains no dead or live bacteria.
