briefly describe the difference from self-esteem and self-motivation
self esteem is how you feel about yourself. self motivation is pushing yourself to reach a goal
what are goals? objectives?
goals are abstract and can include human beings and objective is measurable, concrete and doesn’t include human beings.
define career
an occupation in a persons life, for a time period, that give opportunities for progress
define job/ occupation
job: a paid position of regular employment
occupation: a job or profession
why multiculturalism should be maintained?
so that cultures don’t become extinct from generation to generation. and that we remember our background cultures.

what is stress?

what are positive effects of stress?
compel/ action, and produces a new understanding
what are negative effects of stress?
feelings of distrust, anger systems(lead to depression), and physical health pproblems
how to mange stress?
change your lifestyle, be aware if stressers, reduce the intensity( strengthen emotions, working in different views, reflect in decisions), have chill time, hangout with people you love( have supportive relationships), play sports, avoid bad foods(coffee), recognize what you can change.
how stop bullying?
firmly tell them to stop, keep a journal or diary of the events, and tell a higher authority.
what not to do when bullied?

avoidance- one party leaves the conflict
collaboration- parties look at all the different ways and work together

seeking help- getting help form a neutral party
person insists that they are going to win- one party compels/ forces the other to give in
