Not united, every state had one vote regardless of population, also made the us weaker because it was so separate.
What was the wakeup call to get rid of the AOC
Shays Rebellion
How did shays rebellion prove that the AOC wasn’t working.
It showed that the central government could barely handle a rebellion and could never handle a type of war. Central gov was jus weak
