Keller is trying to persuade Chris that the money is legitimate when Chris is clearly uncomfortable with his own name being above the business. His own comfortable lifestyle also makes Chris uncomfortable, particularly his father turning the war to his advantage financially, when so many of Chris’s men died. The irony is that there is something very wrong with the money – it’s tainted by the blood of dead airmen.

Chris is very disappointed when he finds out that his father was the one responsible out the cylinder heads, he thought he was better then most men and even worse he thought that he could trust him as he was his father.
