reasons why war can never be fair
someone will always have to suffer as people always die, the repercussions can be catastrophic, there will always be people disagreeing that war is unjust (pacifists) meaning some innocent civilians will suffer
reasons why war can be fair
could be for a greater good - to solve a bigger problem, may be the very last resort of an ongoing battle, if it lines up with the just war theory it is as fair as can be, war will always exist
