Some benefits of a healthy lifestyle are increased life expectancy, increased quality of life, more positive relationships, increased motivation, capacity to address changes.
What is mental illness?
Mental illness is defined as a disease or condition that affects a persons ability to cope with daily tasks.
What are some psychotic illnesses?
Some psychotic illnesses are schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
What are some non-psychotic illnesses?
Some non-psychotic illnesses are depression, eating disorders, anxiety, phobias.
