A state of complete physical, mental and social well being and not merely the absence off disease or infirmity

How well we sleep, other moods and attitudes around us, the type of day we’ve had, personal experiences with loss or change, infection and spread of disease, etc
What are benefits of a healthy life style?
Increased life expectancy, increased quality of life, more positive relationships, increased motivation, capacity to address challenges, etc
What is mental health?
Mental health is defined as a disease or condition that affects a person’s ability to cope with daily tasks
What are the two types of mental illness?
Psychotic illnesses and Non-psychotic illnesses
