Chromosome 12-21 (children, less aggressive)
What markers are known for T-ALL?
CD2-CD8
what’s the normal percentage of myeloblasts in the bone marrow? And what are the abnormal percentages with their concordance to diseases?
Normal ratio is 1-2% in the bone marrow. Once they arise to 10% and more, they present a case of MDS. The MDS is a precursor for CML. Once the ratio reaches 20% or more, then it’s a CML.
Where do B and T cells mature?
B cells mature in the Bone marrow, whereas T cells mature in the Thymus.
Types of lymphomas?
-Premature B Cell lymphoma
-peripheral B cell lymphoma
-premature T Cell lymphoma
Peripheral T cell and nK Cell lymphoma
-Hodgkin lymphoma
Auer rods are found in?
B-ALL
Rituximab is for which Marker?
CD20
