- Take home if practicable
- Take to a temp shelter
- Police station for 12 hours to sober up
If needed to stay for another 12 hours in police station, a health practitioner must recommend it
Restricted area
Person under 18 must not be admitted
Supervised area
Minors must not be admitted unless with parent or legal guardian
Intoxicated
2 or more of SCAB are evident
Sale
Licensee sells alcohol to the public
Supply
Licensee supplies alcohol to the public, giving it away or included in price of ticket etc
ON license
Must consume alcohol ON the premises
OFF License
Must consume alcohol OFF premises
SPECIAL
Licensees can extend current license conditions or apply for temporary license for a certain event/period
Club License
Members, guests of members + other people from clubs with reciprocal rights may consume ON premises
