longer term tx: alcohol misuse

A

naltrexone - opioid receptor antagonist that blocks conditioned reinforcement (prevent relapse)
acamprosat - reduces cravings (maintenance of absitenence)
disulfram - with alcohol causes unpleasant side effects like nausea, flushing, sweating and tachycardia and used as a deterrant
