• Single Neb dose:
  
  • ​0.083% solution (​2.5 mg in 3 mL) by neb over 10-15 min, at a flow rate (6-8 lpm) that will deliver the solution over 5-15 minutes.
  • May give total of 3 doses.
• Continuous Neb dose
  
  • In more severe cases place 3 premixed containers of albuterol, for a total dose of 7.5 mg in 9 ml, into a neb and run continuous at 6-8 lpm.
