What must AP applicants need to have by specified Date in order to be considered eligible?
All checklist items.
What must an AP applicant attend if their HS GPA is below 2.0 and are at risk due to TSI status?
Student must attend Alamo Bridge the semester prior to an Alamo Promise semester.
What is Alamo Bridge?
The AlamoBRIDGE is offered exclusively to students who placed below college-level math on the Mathematics portion of the TSI placement exam. The bridge program offers these students the ability to take their developmental math class and one other course during the summer in order to be better prepared for the Fall semester, saving time and money. The courses students will take are:
MATH 0410/0105
SDEV 0370 College Success Course OR EDUC 1300 Learning Frameworks

1.) Financial Aid Completion - script will add APINE and inactivate if student becomes complete after incompletion
2.) Changes from participating HS to non-participating - Add APINE and inactivate AP cohort
3.) Changes from an appropriate grad date to one not in date range - Add APINE and inactivate AP cohort

What are the steps on how an application will be processed for Alamo Promise College applicants?
1.) Application will be received from ApplyTexas and loaded into Banner
2.) SPAIDEN (General Person ID) form will be populate the following tabs:
a. Current ID, Alt ID, Address, Telephone, Biographical, E-Mail, Emergency Contact
3.) SAAADMS (Admissions App Form)
4.) Residence
5.) Curricula tab - will display curriculum info & field of study for the program/major
6.) Checklist Items
What SAAADMS checklist items will be assigned by default?
1.) HST1 - HS Transcript - mandatory
2.) HSTF - Final HS Transcript - not mandatory
3.) PLED - Alamo Promise Pledge - not mandatory
4.) FSFA - Financial Aid App - not mandatory
5.) FSCH - Foundation Scholarship - not mandatory (as of 09/02/2019 scholarship no longer needed but can be submitted.

Effective FALL 2022, PLED received date entered by data load from salesforce pledge form. There is no longer AlamoPromise preliminary eligible or AlamoPromise Preliminary Ineligible status.
AlamoPromise Verified - STAGE 3
Programming will enter received/completion dates for Alamo Promise checklist items in SAAADMS
a.) PLED - data from salesforce pledge form
b.) HST1/HSTF - effective Fall 2022, no more mandatory transcript checklist items.
c.) FSFA - programming to enter receive date based on ROASTAT
Programming will place AlamoPromise cohort (APROMISEYY) on SGASADD for population selection with appropriate received dates for all checklist items & have admission decision made
