What does a green calendar mean when seen on a merchant account?
Seasonal account during off-season. Customer can only access reports via talech.com. From the app a Store Login will cause the app to show an ‘Invalid email’ error. If already logged into the store, the app will crash to the iOS home screen and display no error.
Contact Provisioning Team to have account re-activated.

The owner account itself is locked due to too many failed login attempts. Click ‘Unlock’ button in Admin Tool to unlock the account. If account is becoming locked frequently owner may wish to change email address as a third-party may be trying to guess their password.
