S/S - Other: Spontaneous or Traumatic, Sudden onset of pain typically pleuritic. Acute = hypotension, tracheal deviation.

A

Lung Sound: Clear
S/S - Other: Tachypnea, tachycardia, pain, dyspnea on exertion (sudden onset). O2 sat low with oxygen and good ventilations.
