Can be used on unconcious patients and semi-conscious patients.

Centre of incisors to the mandible.

can cause oral trauma
May cause gag reflex and cause vomitting so use on semi-conscious/unconcious

used on awake patients and semi-concious patients who may not tolerate OPA due to their gag reflex.
