What does the red line on the airspeed indicator represent?
Never exceed speed
What is the yellow arc on the airspeed indicator?
The caution range
What is the white arc on the airspeed indicator?
The full flap operating range
What is the lower limit of the white arc?
The power off stalking speed with wing flaps and landing gear in the landing position.
What is the upper limit of the white arc?
The max full flaps extended speed
What is the green arc in the airspeed indicator?
The normal operating range
What is the power limit on the green arc?
Power off stalling speed, normally wing flaps up and landing gear retracted.
What is the upper limit of the green arc?
The max structural cruising speed for normal operation.
What is the maneuvering speed?
The max speed at which full full deflection of the airplane controls can be made without incurring structural damage. It is not color coded on airspeed indicators.
