Apron
Tarmac or Ramp - where planes are parked
Concourse
an open space or hall (airport terminal) where crowds gather
Customs
A place, where peoples things are examined
Fuel Depot
an area of land, a building or structure where fuel is kept in any container
Holding Position
Markings that are used at some airports where it is necessary to hold an aircraft on a taxiway located in the approach or departure area of a runway so that the aircraft does not interfere with the operations on that runway.
Jetway
A portable bridge placed against an aircraft door

Synonym for jetway
PAPI
Precision approach path indicator
Pier
Long, narrow building with aircrafts parked on both sides
Runway Designator
Runway numbers and letters that are determined from the approach direction, i.e. markings

A place where aircrafts are parked
Stopway
An area beyond the takeoff runway, designed for use in decelerating an airplane during an aborted takeoff
Threshold
The beginning of the runway that is usable for landing an aircraft
Touchdown
The moment at which an aircraft’s wheels or part of a spacecraft make contact with the ground during landing
