Air Squat Faults (5)

A
  1. Loss of neutral position due to flexation in the lumbar spine
  2. Weight on toes or shifting to toes
  3. Not going low enough
  4. Improper line of action i.e. hips do not travel back, knees move excessively forward which places wight on the toes
  5. Knees not tracking in line with toes, which causes them to roll inside the feet
