SARPS
Standard and recommended practices
Not acceptance of the SARPS must be notified as quck as possible to the council
AMENDMENTS TO SARPS
State must notify by 60 days in case of any ammendment for a sarp
Territorial sea:12nm
Esclusive economical zone:200nm (up to high sea)
Non scheduled flight
Contracting state agree that contracting state can over fly or make stops for non traffic purposes wihout any permission
