Body language , then tone of voice, and last of all content.

No, to them you could be the greatest trial lawyer that they have met.
Should you repeat yourself ?
No, have the courage to say things once.
Should you use visual aids when you present your evidence?
Always
What is the role of the advocate?
To present a tightly controlled presentation , to achieve an opinion in your favour.
If someone is not credible or probably guilty?
Hammer home the due process
What should be in your opening statement ?
The law and how the evidence will support it.
It has to be strictly factual, and non argumentive . Ideally you should avoid an objection and ensure the evidence is allowable.
Ladies and Gentleman, let me tell you what the evidence will show?
If you get too close to a witness, what can it look like?
You are bullying.Individual body-energy is a very variable thing and it’s hard to guess how a comparative stranger feels about you coming really close to him or her. If you unknowingly invade their space, you may well stir up hostile responses which even the jury aren’t consciously aware of. It’s a risk and it’s never worth taking. Apart from anything else, it may offend the judge.
Be Very Careful about Raising Your Voice .Why?
raised voice usually signals anger or frustration. Raise your voice and they’ll think something has gone wrong for you. So beware. Dropping your voice, on the other hand, has exactly the opposite effect. As a means of emphasizing something, it works wonderfully.
