When setting up a maintenance schedule for a commercial company, when should you set up the maintenance timetable?

Why should commercial companies check to finalize invoices on the billing schedule?
It gets it into QB so QB can start tracking it. If everything is pre-negotiated outside of FE, there’s no reason not to do it.
If you have parent sub agreements, how do you setup billing for that?
Parent gets the bill, subs get the individual agreement maintenance schedules
If a commercial company doesn’t collect when the agreement is signed for the PM, how do they setup the PM?
Use a placeholder item as the initial agreement item with a 0 cost.
When do you select the class when setting up an agreement?
When it is bill from office, it will override the task
What happens if a tech/office puts the new agreement on a quote, which is then turned into an invoice?
It does not create the shell. Has to be chosen from the mobile app agreements section OR manually setup in the office

Agreement payment report-use this if you have a lot of customers with cards on file
