Fresnel lighting to make a sqaure inteview room - slide on - hard edged - this is effective in giving a surreal feel (outside this world)

Soft wash lights - creating a sense of warmth and intimicy encouraging characters to open up

Very dimly lit outisde the interview room - creates a sense of isolation from interview room and the rest of the world

When each interview room appears the sound of draws of files opening is played - creates a very dehumanising effect for the dead people

Sound of type writter - between black outs and between changes in interview rooms

Begging of play - An array of loads of different random sounds like an elephant - shows the begging and end of everything
