Erythromycin inhibits the metabolism of warfarin, increase effects of warfarin = increased rsik of bleeding.

Prothrombin Complex Concentrate e.g. Beriplex, Octoplex
Contains blood clotting factors 2, 7, 9 and 10 as well as Protein C and Protein S
