- National charity with over 2,500 locations
- free confidential and impartial advice
- Main areas they help with: entitlement to benefits, debt problems, consumer issues, housing issues, employment issues

Law Centres
A
- Offer free, non-means tested advice to those in their area
- Aim to provide legal advice and sometimes representation in areas
with few solicitors - Most common areas of work: housing, planning and environment,
welfare, problems relating to employment, discrimination,
immigration, children’s rights.

- Endless websites dedicated to offering free legal advice
- Citizen’s advice have their own website to help those without face to
face contact, or by telephone - gov.uk (government website) also offers legal advice
- Individuals can also get advice from TV, radio, and social media.
